Chef Acikin 3.0

Mama must be so proud of me. I have made kuih buah melaka @ gula melaka @ ondeh-ondeh by myself! Actually, not only mama, i proud of myself as well. Lol. This is the third traditional kuih (cakes) that i made myself using my mama's recipe. Before this, i made roti jala and roti bawang.  Hebat. *clap clap* 

So here, what you need are: 

1) tepung pulut (glutinous rice flour)
2) pandan juice - chip the pandan leaves and blend them to get the juice and the colour. Very fragrant.
3) gula melaka - finely chopped
4) grated coconut
5) a pinch of sea salt - table salt sudeh







Both thumbs up! Sumpah sedap. Delicious to die. Tak tipu. 

La ni, bila duduk overseas baru terhegeh-hegeh nak belajar buat itu ini, mintak mama resipi segala benda. You crave, you make your own. Haa tu la, dulu kau tau pergi dapur and makanan dah siap je kan. Order je nak makan apa. Buruk nau perangai. Eh, tapi tolong jugak okay mama masak. Congrats acikin, good job.
